अन्तरराष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस

अन्तरराष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस हर वर्ष, 8 मार्च को मनाया जाता है। विश्व के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में महिलाओं के प्रति सम्मान, प्रशंसा और प्यार प्रकट करते हुए इस दिन को महिलाओं के आर्थिक, राजनीतिक और सामाजिक उपलब्धियों के उपलक्ष्य में उत्सव के तौर पर मनाया जाता है।

अमेरिका में सोशलिस्ट पार्टी के आह्वान, यह दिवस सबसे पहले यह 28 फ़रवरी 1909 में मनाया गया। इसके बाद यह

राष्ट्रपति प्रणव मुखर्जी ने अरुणाचल प्रदेश में राष्ट्रपति शासन को 26 जनवरी को मंजूरी दे दी। जिससे अब अरुणाचल प्रदेश में राष्ट्रपति शासन लग गया है। राष्ट्रपति ने केन्द्रीय मंत्रिमंडल की सिफारिश मंजूर करते हुए इस प्रस्ताव पर हस्ताक्षर कर दिया।गौरतलब है कि राज्य में संवैधानिक संकट के मद्देनजर 24 जनवरी को केन्द्रीय मंत्रिमंडल की बैठक में राष्ट्रपति शासन लगाए जाने के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी मिली थी और उसके बाद मंत्रिमंडल का यह प्रस्ताव राष्ट्रपति के पास भेज दिया गया था। आपको बता दें कि अरुणाचल में कांग्रेस की सरकार थी।गृहमंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने 25 जनवरी को राष्ट्रपति प्रणब मुखर्जी से मुलाकात कर उन्हें राष्ट्रपति शासन लागू किए जाने की सिफारिश के कारण बताए थे।उल्लेखनीय है कि अरुणाचल में कांग्रेस के 47 में से 21 विधायकों ने डेप्युटी स्पीकर का समर्थन किया था। बीजेपी के 11 और 2 निर्दलीय विधायक भी डेप्युटी स्पीकर के समर्थन में आ गए। इसके बाद कांग्रेस अल्पमत में आ गई। दिसंबर में राज्यपाल जेपी राजखोवा ने सरकार की इच्छा के विरुद्ध विधानसभा सत्र को आगे बढ़ा दिया था। यह मामला भी सुप्रीम कोर्ट की 5 जजों वाली संवैधानिक पीठ के समक्ष लंबित है। -
